Catherine is an experienced Registered Osteopath and qualified Medical Herbalist. Her journey into natural health began at Middlesex University, where she qualified as a Medical Herbalist in 2000. She is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), the largest governing body for medical herbalists in the UK. Catherine went on to qualify as an Osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy in 2008.

Passionate about natural health, Catherine has continuously expanded her expertise over the years. Her skills include a thorough understanding of the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics, enabling her to treat a wide range of conditions effectively. She has also specialised in women’s health across different life stages, addressing these needs from both a medicinal perspective with herbal medicine and a mechanical and neurological perspective with osteopathy.
